Returns policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from The Chilly Cow Company, simply return the product to us within [Return Period - number of days]  days of receipt and we will refund your purchase in full.  Just indicate the reason for your return, package securely and post or courier it in its original condition (i.e. original packaging and not stained, washed or damaged) to:

Please note that we will only refund the freight costs incurred by returning the parcel to us if the garment is found to be faulty in some way.  If you order the incorrect size, you will incur return postage costs.  We are not obligated to refund or exchange items if the consumer has changed their mind about the purchase.
