Telephone order: Call 0800 MADCOW and please leave a detailed message with your contact details, preferred payment option, quantity, size and colour of garments required.  We will contact you once we have received your order.

Email order: Please e-mail us  your contact details, preferred payment option, quantity, size and colour of garments required.  We will respond as soon as we receive your order.  Please do not email us your credit card details - please supply this by phone or select the credit card payment option while placing your order through our secure online shop.

Credit Card:  We accept Visa or Mastercard payments via our secure online shop, phone or post.

Delivery within New Zealand: Deliveries within New Zealand are through NZ Post Parcel Post - Please ensure the address is correct and that it is not a PO Box or Private Bag address or we will be unable to deliver.  Please allow 2-4 working days of the order being placed and payment confirmed.

International Delivery: All deliveries outside NZ are by Airmail.  Purchases should be received within 14 working days of the order being placed and payment confirmed.  Insurance has been included in your postage payment for international deliveries, however if you wish to include a track and trace option, please contact us directly.
